Are Better Solution caregivers medically certified?
Yes! A Better Solution in-home caregivers are trained professionals who are certified in CPR, first aid, dementia care, and many are also certified as CNAs and HHAs.
Does A Better Solution match a caregiver to my specific needs?
Absolutely! After a complimentary care assessment has been completed our client care coordinator will create a customized care plan and select the most compatible caregiver to serve you based on your specific needs based on skill and personality traits.
Can I meet my caregiver before services begin?
Yes! Once your customized care plan is complete and a caregiver has been selected we schedule a first introduction appointment. We want to ensure complete compatibility with your caregiver to guarantee we are providing the best service to meet your needs.
What if I am unhappy with the caregiver selected for me?
While we make the greatest effort to match our clients with the most compatible caregiver we understand that sometimes the match is not perfect. We want our clients to feel completely comfortable with their assigned caregiver so we will find another caregiver as soon as possible.

What is the cost of in-home care?
The cost of in-home care can vary depending on how many hours of care are required each week and the care level requested. A Better Solution offers a complimentary care consultation and creates a customized care plan according to each individual person. Ultimately, you determine the days and times that care is provided, whether it is only a few hours a day or full-service, 24-hour, constant care. How can I pay for in-home care?
All non-medical in-home care is paid out of pocket. However, there are other options depending upon eligibility such as Medicaid, Long-Term Care Insurance, or Veterans’ Benefits which may cover the cost of in-home care. A Better Solution In Home Care will work with you and your family to stay within your budget.
